MetalQuest’s enterprise resource planning system (ERP) has blossomed into a state-of-the art integrated computer network with a unique mix of traditional software programs and internally developed programs and SQL databases. Because all customer information and specifications are integrated into our SQL databases, turnaround of quotes and contract time is minimal. Blueprints and specifications are stored electronically for easy access and review. Accepted quotes are updated into purchase orders entered directly into the same database. Shipping, billing, and inventory management processes are integrated electronically to ensure our customers are satisfied every time.

Further integration of our computer network with manufacturing processes provides product traceability and enhances our quality assurance and monitoring. Continuous improvement and testing allows us to monitor statistical processes and minimize scrap costs to pass along this savings to our customers.

MetalQuest Unlimited utilizes unattended and “lights-out” manufacturing to operate our CNC Machine Centers and Lathes around the clock, every day of the work week. Such manufacturing allows any size order to be completed and delivered on time.
